We want your feedback on water and sewerage services

More than two thousand customers across seven water corporations, including Westernport Water, will be surveyed over the coming weeks for their feedback on water and sewerage services.

Joining forces for this annual customer satisfaction survey are East Gippsland Water, South Gippsland Water, Gippsland Water, Westernport Water, Coliban Water, Central Highlands Water and Goulburn Valley Water.

The survey is being conducted by Insync and TKW Research over the telephone. A random sample of 400 residential customers will be contacted from each water corporation over the next six weeks.

Please note that if customers receive calls from people selling water filters or any other device, it is in no way connected with this customer satisfaction survey.

Quotes attributed to Westernport Water’s Managing Director, Dona Tantirimudalige

“Learning about what is important to our customers and gaining insight into their experience allows us to identify whether we are meeting customer expectations for water and sewerage services.”

“If a customer is contacted for feedback they will be asked a range of questions about our products and services and I encourage them to be as honest as possible. The telephone survey is being conducted for us by TKW Research who will clearly identify themselves at the start of the call.”

“In addition to telephone surveys, we are also encouraging customers to shape the future of our products, services and prices by taking a series of short and targeted online surveys. These are available on our website.”

“We want to hear from as many customers as possible – residents, business owners and holiday-home owners. Tell us what you want and influence the projects and outcomes we deliver.”
