As part of our response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, Westernport Water is implementing additional precautions so that we can continue to make sure customers have the support they need while ensuring we deliver our essential water and waste water services. The continued provision of reliable water and wastewater services is critical to the wellbeing of our community.

Opening Hours:

In line with actions being taken across water sector agencies, our Customer Service Centre, Depot Service Window and Reception Area at 2 Boys Home Road, Newhaven have reopened to the public from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.

If you plan to visit, please follow all safety measures and instructions that have been put in place and observe social distancing.

Opening hours and arrangements will be subject to the latest public health advice from the Victorian Government.

Our office will be closed on all declared public holidays.
