As part of our response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, Westernport Water is implementing additional precautions so that we can continue to make sure customers have the support they need while ensuring we deliver our essential water and waste water services.

In line with actions being taken across water sector agencies, our Customer Contact Centre, Depot Service Window and reception area at 2 Boys Home Road, Newhaven will be closed from 5.00pm Monday, 23 March 2020 until further notice.

We are taking these steps to help minimise the risk of the virus spreading, and our Customer Support Team will still be attending to all customer requirements.

Our staff are focusing on the continued delivery of water and wastewater services and will respond to your enquiry as quickly as possible.
