Finding it hard to pay your bill?  We are here to help.

We know this is a tough time for many of our customers financially and we can help.

Our financial support programs provide tailored options to customers who are having trouble paying their water bill, including payment extensions, flexible payment options and assisting with concessions, access to financial assistance programs and government grants.

Westernport Water wishes to advise customers that our Customer Service Centre reopened to the public on the 8th of February 2021, 8.30 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday.

If you plan to visit, please follow all safety measures and instructions that have been put in place and observe social distancing.
Opening hours and arrangements will be subject to the latest public health advice from the Victorian Government.
