2024 Customer Satisfaction Survey

We’ve partnered with fellow regional Water Corporations to conduct an annual survey to understand customer thoughts on our products and services.

Our survey explores your satisfaction with drinking water and wastewater services, perceptions of water quality, the value you receive for your investment, your overall satisfaction, and the level of trust you place in us.

Your feedback is invaluable, helping us to continually enhance the water and sewerage services provided to customers and the community. The online survey is open from 3 October to 13 October 2024 and takes approximately 8 minutes to complete.

Eligible customers who have completed our online customer satisfaction survey will be entered into the draw for one of 10 chances to win $100 off their next water bill. Learn more here.

Changes to under bridge navigation

Suspended scaffold is installed underneath the San Remo / Phillip Island Bridge as part of Westernport Waters San Remo Bridge Pipeline Bracket Renewal Project.

Vessels are prohibited from passing underneath the scaffold.

Vessels must navigate through the bridge span with lateral markers mounted on the bridge. Read more.

Temporary 42.5 tonne vehicle mass limit for San Remo / Phillip Island Bridge.

From 1 July until late September 2024 there will be a temporary 42.5 tonne vehicle mass limit on the San Remo / Phillip Island bridge.

FAQ’s – Heavy Vehicle Industry – Westernport Water

The 42.5t vehicle mass limit is needed while the scaffolding is installed for the three wider central spans of the bridge as part of Westernport Waters San Remo Bridge Bracket Renewal project. Read more.
