Westernport Water is looking to recruit customers to consult with on the future of water management and prices of water and wastewater services.
Westernport Water’s Board Chair, Roland Lindell said Westernport Water is seeking six customers to join the Corporation’s Customer Advisory Group to provide feedback on customer related issues and what water and wastewater services they want and are prepared to pay for.
“The Customer Advisory Group has a strong voice and members have the opportunity to influence a variety of matters ranging from quality of service, how and what we charge, community initiatives and future priorities,” said Mr Lindell.
Expressions of interest are sought from a diverse range of people, from the various communities throughout Westernport Water’s service area to join the recently expanded group.
“If you would like a say on future prices and services, have valuable ideas and can spare two hours every two months, we would like to hear from you,” said Mr Lindell.
Membership is voluntary and Customer Advisory Group numbers are limited to 11 members. Nominees are selected and appointed by the Westernport Water Board.
Find out more or apply to be part of the group by completing the expression of interest form available on the Corporation’s website www.westernportwater.com.au/our-community/customer-advisory-group/
