Ken Smith MP shows a keen interest in water management and the future plans to secure water supply to Phillip Island
Member for Bass Ken Smith MP showed a keen interest in the water management developments happening under the Channel between San Remo and Newhaven during a recent visit to Westernport Water.
During the visit Ken Smith MP took the opportunity to inspect the drilling site at Newhaven and find out more on plans to secure water supply to Phillip Island.
Steven Porter Westernport Water’s General Manager of Operations commenting “It was a great opportunity to show the local member and speaker of the Legislative Assembly around the project. Ken was very keen to see how the project was going to help the Phillip Island community.”
