We’re seeking customers to rate our performance

Westernport Water is excited to announce the formation of a Customer Assessment Panel and is seeking enthusiastic and community-minded individuals to join.

We are looking for a diverse group of 16 to 20 individuals from across our area who are passionate about water services and community engagement.

The panel will play a crucial role in reviewing our performance and is being asked to provide commentary from a customer perspective. This commentary will be included in the Annual Watermark, which is provided to every customer.

The Panel will meet twice annually for two hours, aligned to the end of the financial year. Meetings may be held in person or virtually in July/August annually and panel members will be renumerated for their time.
