Westernport Water is committed to delivering the outcomes and performance that customers value. Our results are made available each year in the Annual Watermark and are distributed to every customer.
These performance areas were identified by customers in the 2018 Price Review as the outcomes that matter. Ultimately, customers sought four key outcomes: better tasting water, affordable and responsive services, reliable water and wastewater and a more sustainable community.
The Annual Watermark looks at each of these outcomes and provides customers with an easy-to-understand update that includes our results, challenges, achievements and upcoming projects.
