We want to hear directly from our customers about the services we provide and how we can improve.
Your feedback helps guide decisions on water services, planning, and investment to meet community needs now and into the future. Helping us to continually enhance the water and sewerage services provided to customers and the community.

For over a decade, we’ve partnered with fellow regional Water Corporations to conduct an annual survey to understand customer thoughts on our products and services. By joining forces, we can undertake customer research services more efficiently and deliver better outcomes for our communities.

Insync has been appointed as our survey partner. They are a Melbourne-based company that specialises in customer engagement surveys. No personal information is being shared with Insync and your personal information will not be linked to feedback. Insync offers sophisticated data analysis and reporting tools that will help Westernport Water to make data-driven decisions based on the survey results.
