Funding applications invited from community groups
Westernport Water is inviting applications for its 2026–27 Community Support Program, offering sponsorship funding and in-kind support for local events and water projects.
Through the program, $40,000 is being made available to eligible local schools, kinders, community groups, sporting clubs and not-for-profit organisations based within Westernport Water’s service area.
There are four sponsorship packages to choose from:
- Water refill stations (fountains) – up to $7,000
- Small water efficiency projects/programs – up to $5,000
- Sports hydration package – up to $500
- Event package – Hydration station, bottles, billboard signs, plus $500 towards your event.
Each package aims to promote drinking tap water, water conservation, sustainable environmental outcomes, or build important community partnerships.
