Newhaven Office Alterations – Construct Only
Westernport Water is planning to release a Request for Tender (RFT) for their Newhaven Office alterations early 2025. This will be an open, competitive public tender.
The RFT will include, but is not limited to, the following scope of works:
Phase 1: Construction of one new office
Phase 2: Construction of two new soundproof rooms
Phase 3: Men's toilet upgrade
The alterations will be to existing spaces, no extensions are required. Westernport Water will assess the price for each phase to determine if each phase of the project will proceed.
