Westernport Water would like to advise customers of a burst drinking water main supplying the Phillip Island area. The burst located near the main bridge on the Newhaven side was discovered at approximately 9pm on 21/12/2010.
Services were restored at 11.53pm on 21/12/2010. At this stage our maintenance crews are preparing to carry out permanent repairs to the supply main with minimal disruption to customers.
Special needs customers need to ensure they have registered their details with Westernport Water for future reference.
