How to find tenders
Tenders are advertised in the Wednesday edition of the Herald Sun and the Tuesday edition of the South Gippsland Sentinel Times. Alternatively, a full list of tenders can be found at tenders.net, or can be collected in hard copy from our Newhaven office.
Lodgment
Hand delivery or mail lodgment
All tender applications should be addressed to 'The Managing Director, Westernport Water, 2 Boys Home Road Newhaven 3922, Victoria'. These can be mailed or dropped off at our Newhaven office. Tenders must ensure they include an electronic copy with their physical documentation.
Electronic Lodgment
Westernport Water also accepts applications by email at tender@westernportwater.com.au and at our tenders.net page. Please ensure that the email file is no larger than 5MB.
Other details
All applications must be marked with the tender name, tender number, and the closing date of the applications. All tenders must be lodged in accordance with our Conditions of Tendering. The Corporation reserves the right to not accept the lowest or any tender application.

Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced service providers to undertake Internal Audit Services.
The service includes the participation in, and the development of the yearly Internal Audit Program, scoping and conducting of the programmed Audits, and reviewing & reporting to the Audit and Risk Committee

Collection Category 2 Greasy Waste & Commercial Minor Trade Waste 2012/040 |
Tenders and invited from suitably qualified and experienced conctractors for the Collection of Category 2 Greasy Waste & Commercial Trade Waste.
Collections are performed on a regular scheduled basis from Westernport Water's 80 small and large commercial customers, according to load and use, and disposed to a recycling facility.
Sealed tenders addressed to the Managing Director, and clearly marked with tender number and project name and must be received before closure on Wednesday April 3 at 4pm
