Who can participate in the customer forums?

Anyone who lives, works or owns property in Westernport Water’s service area. You don’t need any special knowledge or expertise – this is about understanding your needs and preferences as a customer.

What’s involved?

You’ll attend an online forum where you’ll hear from Westernport Water staff about some of the key projects we’re proposing over the next five-year pricing period. As a group, you’ll then consider, discuss and influence the direction of these projects.

The forums are being held via ZOOM as a COVID-safety precaution and to enable customers to participate from home.

There are two forums to choose from, each focusing on a different topic, plus a shorter ‘mini-session’. You can choose which forum you want to attend, and you can attend more than one.

Get paid to share your views

Everyone who participates will be paid for their time in the form of a $100 credit on their water bill or a family pass to Phillip Island Nature Parks. Participants who attend the mini-session will receive a $50 credit or a single pass to Phillip Island Nature Parks.
