- Wednesday 24 December 2025 (closing at 12 pm)
- Thursday 25 December 2025 (Christmas Day)
- Friday 26 December 2025 (Boxing Day)
- Thursday 1 January 2026 (New Year’s Day)
If you need us while the office is closed, our 24/7 faults and emergencies line is always available on 1800 249 090.
For plumbers: bookings for recycled water inspections and wet tappings will pause from 19 December 2025, with normal services resuming on Monday, 12 January 2026.
