Welcome to our second Online Learning Festival!

We are once again partnering with water corporations from across the state to bring you a week of online fun to celebrate National Water Week.
We invite all schools, kinders and community members to join in and learn about all things water. Delve in to this year’s theme and “Explore Your Backyard” with us!

Live and downloadable Content The week long festival will be packed with informative presentations, on-demand lessons, videos, tours, activities and printable resources. You will also find water-themed story time, experiments and mindfulness videos.

Free and Easy Access Whether your students are in the classroom or remote learning, get ready to explore! Best of all, all activities are FREE of charge.

Watch Costa the Garden Gnome launch our “Explore Your Backyard” online learning festival!

Costa will be chatting to Coliban Water’s Managing Director Damian Wells about the amazing ways Victorians are saving water in their gardens.

Take this opportunity to ask questions about how you can contribute to water savings in your own backyard and local environment.

Learn why bees and butterflies are great for our gardens. Plus, find out about the importance of water for invertebrates and how you can help.

Thursday 21st October – 12:30pm – 1:30pm

Join Dr Holly Parsons from Birdlife Australia, for a LIVE conversation about the wonderful world of birds.

Holly is the Urban Bird Program Manager and will share tips on how to identify the birds that visit your backyard or nearby parkland. Holly also has useful ideas to help you provide habitat and resources for our feathered friends.

This session will be held LIVE via Zoom.
