The Victorian Government has released the Water Bill Exposure Draft to give Victorians the opportunity to provide feedback on proposed changes to the state’s water laws.

The Victorian Government has released the Water Bill Exposure Draft to give Victorians the opportunity to provide feedback on proposed changes to the state’s water laws. The Water Bill Exposure Draft proposes to bring the Water Act 1989 andWater Industry Act 1994 into a single, streamlined Water Act that reflects contemporary practice in water management and government policy.
