Westernport Water has limited supplies of free trigger nozzles.
Trigger nozzle use was made compulsory under Permanent Water Saving Rules.
To celebrate World Environment Day on 5 June 2010 and the fact that Victorians are using less water, the Minister for Water, Tim Holding, has announced the expansion of the trigger nozzle exchange program rewarding Victorians for their responsible water use.
Limited free trigger nozzles will be available from the Westernport Water Newhaven office from Monday, 7 June 2010. You must bring in your old nozzle (often a twist style nozzle) in order to receive your free trigger nozzle.
Trigger nozzles will also be available for exchange from authorised Water Saver Garden Centres starting Saturday, 5 June 2010 – World Environment Day.
