Public notice: misleading tele sales water quality survey

Westernport Water has received reports from concerned customers about misleading tele sales calls in relation to water quality.

This company’s sales representative left one resident with the impression that they were calling on behalf of Westernport Water. Westernport Water would like to advise customers that we are not currently conducting any water quality surveys.
