Notice to residents
Surveyors will be mapping GPS locations of water assets in the Weternport Water region over the comming weeks.
Westernport Water will be mapping its water assets over the coming weeks using Global Positioning Systems (GPS).
Surveyors will be locating all above ground water assets such as Valves, Hydrants and Fire Services. They will be using registered VicRoads approved speed limited quad bikes similar to motorised golf buggies which are authorised to be driven on footpaths, road verges etc.
The surveyors may be occasionally required to enter properties in order to obtain access to water assets. In these cases proper identification will be provided.
No interruption to services will occur during the survey
