As part of National Water Week 2012, Westernport Water is hosting a Photography Competition with the subject being

“importance of water and conserving it for our future”
Mr. Murray Jackson, Managing Director of Westernport Water remarked
“We are very excited about the opportunity to promote the creativity of people within our community, and at the same time really showcase the importance of our number one asset, water!”
Open to all residents and customers of Westernport Water, the competition provides an opportunity and incentive for people with a passion for photography to get out there and get snapping!
All entrants in our local competition will also be automatically entered into the 2012 savewater!awards® international photography competition for further chances to win prizes.
We are pleased to have gained the support of the highly experienced and world-renown photographers Maria and Warren Reed, the creative talent and publishers of the very popular Coast Magazine, who will be judging this years photography competition.
“Moving to this area many years ago as photographers we were inspired by the beauty of the environment and shared artistic talent of the people. We are pleased to be judging this years photography competition and look forward to seeing how creative the entrants will be” commented Warren and Maria Reed.
