Manager - Customer Relations
The Manager, Customer Relations is responsible for developing and leading the organisation’s Customer Service Strategy and associated functions, which includes maintenance of property records, information statements, plumbing connections, customer rebates, cashier responsibilities, billing of customer accounts, debt collection activities and meter reading. The role is expected to drive a customer-first culture across the business and use customer insights to advocate for and inform improvements to business policies, processes and practices.
Team Leader, Customer Service
The Team Leader Customer Service is responsible for providing quality customer service through the daily management of the Customer Service Team, including centralised complaint handling, regular coaching, providing direction to address complex customer problems, administering procedures, and ensuring progress against key performance indicators are tracked and regularly met.
Customer Service Officer
The Customer Service Officer is an integral member of the Customer Service Team, delivering consistent, timely and accurate outcomes in accordance with the organisation’s policies and procedures to deliver first class service to Westernport Water customers.
Business Information Officer
The Business Information Officer will assist the Business Information Coordinator in the maintenance of the Electronic Document Record Management Systems (EDRMS) as well as provide records management support and education to all sections of the Corporation.
Coordinator Executive Office
Provide high quality support to the Managing Director (MD) and Board through the efficient coordination of the Executive Office.
The Revenue Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely issuing of customer accounts in accordance with regulatory and legislative requirements. The role is also
responsible for the daily management of debt recovery activities, alternative payment options and contributing to the development of supporting strategies.
Executive Assistant - GM’s
Provide high quality support to the Executive Team through the efficient coordination of divisional administrative operations, and support to the Coordinator – Executive Office as required.
The Maintenance Officer provides ongoing Network Operations and Maintenance services across the Corporation’s water, wastewater and gas systems within agreed
service standards 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
Operations & Maintenance Planner
The Operations & Maintenance Planner provides ongoing administration, maintenance scheduling and customer service support to the Manager Operations & Maintenance to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of products and services for Westernport Water’s water, wastewater and gas systems within agreed service standards 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
People & Payroll Administration Officer (P/T)
The People & Payroll Administration Officer will provide high level administrative support to the People & Culture Division and perform the payroll function of the Corporation, providing specialist knowledge and advice to all staff.
