Residential hardship policy
Westernport Water recognises that anyone may experience times of financial hardship and we extend our hardship policy to those who have the intent, but not the capacity to pay. Call 03 5956 4144 or email us at email@example.com for a confidential discussion with our customer relations coordinator.

You are eligible for a state government funded concession on your water and wastewater charges at your principal place of residence if you hold a Pensioner Concession Card, a Health Care Card or a Veteran Gold Repatriation Card. Please contact us on 1300 720 711 to register your card details.
The current annual state government concessions are:

|Water/wastewater access charge||245.00|
|Water usage (tenants only)||122.50|
Please note that a penalty interest rate of 10.5% applies to overdue accounts.
