Westernport Water offers the following wide range of payment options for your convenience.

 

billpay
BILLPAY your account by presenting the account at any Australia Post office.
   

Envelope

By Mail - complete the payment slip and return with your cheque in the reusable envelope or mail to Westernport Water, 2 Boys Home Road Newhaven 3925.

 

 

BPAY
BPAY your account through your bank or credit union.  Quote the Biller Code and Reference number located on the front of your account.
   


In Person


In person using cash, cheque, credit and Eftpos. Please present the account intact at any Australian Post Office or at our office at 2 Boys Home Road, Newhaven.
   

Direct Debit
By Direct Debit - automatically to your everyday banking or credit card account. Call 1300 720 711 to have an application sent to you or click here to download an application form.
   

Visa Mastercard
By credit card  - call 1300 611 535 or click here to pay online now.

Residential Hardship Policy

We recognise that anyone may experience times of financial hardship and we extend our hardship policy to those who have the intent,
but not the capacity to pay.

Concessions

You are eligible for a state government funded concession on your water and wastewater charges at your principal place of residence if you hold a Pensioner Concession Card, a Health Care Card or a Veteran Gold Repatriation Card. Please contact us on 1300 720 711 to register your card details.

The current annual state government concessions are:

$94.85 (max.)

 

Penalty Interest

Please note that a penalty interest rate of 11% applies to overdue accounts.
