Development opportunities

Managers and supervisors involve staff in regular discussions and agreements on training and development needs. This contributes to promotions, new apprenticeships, and certified courses in work areas such as customer relations, water operations, water treatment, etc.

Staff involvement

Our people are also encouraged to get involved in business matters outside of their specific roles. Examples of this include work on our operations management team, health and safety committee, and workplace consultative committee.
