Plumbing forum discovers what’s new down the tubes
District plumbers discovered what’s new down the tubes at the inaugural Westernport Water plumbers’ forum last week.
They saw the latest CCTV camera equipment and the new drain clearing water jetting trailer.The forum, held at the water corporation’s Newhaven headquarters on November 11, attracted more than 20 attendees.
Attending the event were special guests Brett Harle and Mathew Wilson (Plumbing Industry Commission), John Gains (Burdens Plumtec) and Damien Comrie (Reece Plumbing Supplies).
Paul Rodwell, Westernport Water’s technical officer development said: “We were keen to hear from the industry and plan to make this the first in a series of forums. We want to keep the communications open.”
The session included a BBQ and displays from Westernport Water.
