Plumbers get on down with Westernport Water
District plumbers will be offered the opportunity to catch up with the latest in their industry at the Westernport Water plumbers’ forum next month.
The local water corporation is inviting all plumbers to the forum on November 11 at the Newhaven Depot.Attendees will see the latest CCTV camera equipment and the new drain clearing water jetting trailer.
Attending the event will be special guests Brett Harle (Plumbing Industry Commission), John Gains (Burdens Plumtec) and Damien Comrie (Reece Plumbing Supplies).
“We wanted to bring together all the local plumbers to showcase what’s new and what’s news,” said Paul Rodwell, Technical Officer Development.
“We will discuss backflow prevention and we’re especially keen to hear from the attendees what we need to be doing.
“We hope this will be the first of a regular forum series.”
The session finishes with a BBQ and displays from Rye Metal and Westernport Water.
