HR leader joins Westernport Water
A new Westernport Water director brings her experience in human resource management to the regional water supplier.
Alison von Bibra, General Manager, Human Resources at CSL Ltd, manages the HR function for the Melbourne-based business, spanning 10,000 employees globally.Alison has held senior roles in human resources over several years, in Australia and the USA.
She holds a Bachelor of Science from Adelaide University and an MBA from the University of New England. She has board experience in the private and not-for-profit sectors.
“I grew up in rural South Australia and, having lived in Ballarat for more than 10 years, I have a keen interest in the needs of regional consumers and issues of access and equity in respect to both commodities and services,” she said.
Alison has recently toured the facilities of Westernport Water, and attended her first board meeting last Friday.
She said: “I look forward to an ongoing relationship with the staff and fellow-directors of the corporation.”
