Occupational Health and Safety
Westernport Water has developed an Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) management system that complies with the relevant Victorian Occupational Health and Safety legislation.
Through regular consultation with our employees, Health and Safety is kept at the top of the agenda throughout our organisation.
Our OH&S Committee meets on a monthly basis to discuss all issues relating to Health and Safety and to develop an action plan to ensure Westernport Water complies with all of its Health and Safety obligations.
Westernport Water is also fully committed to training and developing its employees to be aware of their Health and Safety responsibilities.
Human Resources and Occupational Health Safety are the responsibility of Keith Gregory our Organisational Development Manager and Danny West our Human Resources and Occupational Health and Safety Officer.
