Dual Flush - Toilet Retro-fit Program

Westernport Water is pleased to provide customers with another opportunity to take advantage of incentives to save water courtesy of its’ Dual Flush - Toilet Retro-fit. The Toilet Retrofit program now enables customers with either a single flush toilet or a less water efficient dual flush toilet to have it replaced with a new water efficient dual-flush toilet, saving around 35,000 litres of water a year.
 
Under the Retro-fit program customers can choose a dual-flush toilet from three Caroma 4 and a half star water-efficiency rated toilet suite options ranging in price from a low $367 to $557 which is about 15-20% off the usual price including the $100 upfront Victorian Government Water Smart Gardens & Homes Rebate.
 
The Toilet Retrofit will also save customers time and effort with a new water-efficient dual-flush toilet installed from one phone call by a registered plumber.

The program is now in its third year and has expanded to include a number of Victorian water corporations. Since its inception, almost 14,000 dual-flush toilets have been installed across the Melbourne Metro, Central Highlands and Westernport water regions.
