Customer Consultative Panel
The Customer Consultative Panel, (CCP) represents the interests of Westernport Water's customers on a range of issues including pricing, expansion development, the environment and business initiatives. The panel gauges the needs of the public and ensures Westernport Water fulfils its responsibility to their customers.
The CCP is selected and appointed by the Board of Westernport Water and currently have 7 members who meet every second month to discuss and give feedback on issues. This year the CCP have contributed to such things as:
- Assisting in the preparation of the Water Restriction By-Law, Guidelines, Messages and Advertising
- Participation in the 2008 - 2013 Water Plan consultation process
- Feedback on re-development on Westernport Waters website
- Feedback and preparation of the Customer Satisfaction Survey
